It is a falsity to believe that the latest move by the Supreme Court will bring an end to this disgusting and barbaric practice of how to kill a child. Today the Supreme Court in a 5-4 decision upheld the Partial-Birth Abortion Ban that was signed into effect by our President George Bush back in 2003.

          This is another bad law that gives us a false sense of security that will not be enforced, as other pro-life bones have been thrown to the pro-life movement. Unless the pro-life police or a U.S. Marshal sits through every abortion procedure behind these abortion mills, this law too will not be enforced.

          Why should we believe that the Partial Birth Abortion Ban will be regulated? The Madison County State ’s Attorney William Mudge and the Granite City Police do not enforce laws at the Hope Clinic now. Here in Illinois , little underage girls are still being brought across state lines for abortions by older men and no one is enforcing the statutory rape laws at the Hope abortion Clinic in Granite City , Illinois .

          The Parental Notification Law from 1995 is on the books in Illinois and the Madison County State ’s Attorney is not enforcing that law. Why should we believe that partial birth abortion is going to come to an end here in Illinois ?

          It’s just another bad law for the babies and for women.
