Monday- Bag n’ Tag 147 little boys & girls from past week’s carnage

Tuesday- 29           IN, KY, MO, IL          All kinds of excuses were yelled at lifesavers by the mothers entering this deathcamp to justify their abortions on demand. One woman claimed to be three weeks pregnant and her baby was anacephalic(missing it’s brain). She was challenged by a lifesaver, “How can your doctor know that early that your child has no brain?” he asked…She began to cry, “Okay, it’s because I have three kids at home already,” and she walked into the abortion mill.

            When no one was going into the abortuary, the proclaimers held up signs facing toward the streets that said, “This place kills babies.” Many stoic Granitonians read these signs, forcing them to have to think about the evil that happens at this place, in their city.

Wednesday- 30             MO, IL              2 saves  including Jessica 5 weeks pregnant who watched her baby audition on the ultrasound screen, and a young IL couple who fought back tears as they sat in their truck deciding not to kill their unborn baby, and accepted our resource information and a Bible.

Thursday- midnite abortions- 34          TN, MO, IL             1 save  Macy 6 weeks pregnant from IL and her mother walked into our arms and said, “You offered to help us when we went in, well, we need help.” Macy saw the ultrasound of her baby but her mother was worried, “She’s only seventeen.” “But you don’t compound one mistake with another. This baby is innocent. Have you thought about adoption?” I asked. She said she didn’t think she could give it up and besides the father of the baby and his mother are very supportive of raising the baby. I said, “Macy, you have more support than many girls I help.” She agreed and her mother took the resource and doctor references and thanked us for being there. They proposed to go to lunch with Angela and keep in touch with the pregnancy.

Silent prayer siege was underway as Bound 4 Life stood in the gap. Prayers were being answered as the afternoon heat beat down on our backs. It is always refreshing to hold live babies in our arms, as we gave a mother of twins a break that was there silently interceding for those scheduled to die today.

Friday- 41       TN, IN, MO, IL           2 saves including  Sara 24 weeks pregnant who got to see her little girl sucking her thumb as she lay nestled in her mother’s womb. Jessica stopped by for baby diapers. Becky and her mom stopped by to update us on baby Cassie. It was an encouraging day helping save lives and hearing from those whose lives were saved, all because there were God’s people on that sidewalk, caring enough to lay their lives down for their lil brothers and sisters.

Saturday- 27           IN, ID, RI, GA, MO, IL           2 saves             The Jeremiahs’ of our day who traveled near and far gathered at these gates in this dismal city of slaughter where innocent children are brutally murdered everyday. Praise and worship broke out on the sidewalk. Numbers were down and two babies’ lives were spared early on. A Missouri family of three was back, this was the third day of the grisly late-term abortion. The young man was laughing. God have mercy.

As I stood on that sidewalk the Lord spoke again to my heart, this time from Ezekiel 22:2-30, “Now son of man will you judge the bloody city? Yes show her all her abominations…Look at the princes (judges) of Israel/Granite City, St. Louis : each one has used his power to shed blood (abortion). In you they have made light of father and mother (legalization of homosexuality)…Her officials in her midst are like wolves tearing the prey, to shed blood, to destroy souls…So I sought for a man among them who would make a wall, and stand in the gap before me on behalf of the land, that I should not destroy it: but I found no one.”

            God then directed us to Ezekiel 4:1-6, “…son of man, lay a siege against it, build a siege wall against it…this will be a sign to the house of Israel…lie again on your right side; then you shall bear the iniquity of the house of Judah forty days. I have laid on you a day for each year!”

        We prepared to deliver God's mail to the Promise Keepers across the river in St. Louis. (Read "Promise Keepers 2005 - The Awakening" 

161 babies killed. 7 babies saved. 1368 saves since January 2000 and 20 babies have been adopted!  

Planned Parenthood Report

Tuesday morning- 27 ladies in by 10:00 a.m. ( IL² ) the others from MO. Abortionist Stoppel showed up to kill at 10:00 a.m.

Wednesday afternoon- Chris reported over 30 cars on the lot by 4:00 p.m. Business was brisk. 

Friday morning- 33 ladies inside by 10:00 a.m. Abortionist Robert Crist was chauffeured to the clinic at 9:00 a.m. to kill the babies.        A St. Louis City Sheriff’s deputy arrived at about 9:15 to serve papers on one of the employees. We see that a lot across the river at Hope abortion Clinic.

Saturday morning- Approximately 21 ladies inside. They were even a few Promise Keepers standing on the sidewalk from the Promise Keepers Convention. (read "Promise Keepers 2005 - The Awakening 

            Once again, our nation is facing a moral and social crisis. We need revival, but righteousness without dealing with justice issues is not enough. It is time for the church to awaken to God’s heart for the poor, the widow, the orphans, and the unborn. The church is not the building, it’s the people in the building. Look at what happened in Denver , CO when God’s people came out of the building and they became the church.

            Our country needs you! Abortion is an abomination in God’s sight and every drop of innocent blood shed on our land calls out for judgment. Will you fight for our nation? Lay down your life with us and cry out for mercy, the ending of abortion, and revival in our land.

            When Boulder, Colorado abortionist Warren Hern took out a full page ad in the Rocky Mountain News decrying the methods used by Operation Save America, calling us names and comparing us to fascists, Big Brother, Nazi’s, and the Ku Klux Klan- who would ever have imagined that he gave us the greatest pat on the back we have ever had? Read again what he said in those final three sentences of the ad: “American women who want to have reproductive health and freedom and who want to live in the 21^st century instead of going back to the 9^th century have less to fear from the overturn of Roe vs. Wade by the Supreme Court than from Operation Save America . A little more of this, and doctors just won’t do abortions. Would you?”

            What the Church of Jesus Christ did in Boulder , Colorado Springs, and Denver this past week presents us with the strategy that wins! Thank you devil for this back-handed compliment. Abortionist Hern, you have made it clear that abortion will come to an end in America when the Church of Jesus Christ makes up her mind it will come to an end, and not one second sooner.

            Until now, we Christians have been ashamed of God’s Word. But look at what happens when the Church moves out of her cave into the streets and takes her rightful stand on the standard of God’s Word. Even our enemies admit defeat, for our Lord “is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think.” Ephesians 3:20.

            Here is the strategy that will win. Simple little Christians, not loving their own lives so much as to shrink from death, storm the gates of hell where little children are being killed and allow theology to become biography in the streets.   ~Flip Benham
