Tuesday- 48      FL², KY², IN², MO, IL      7 pro-lifers    Black Genocide Day           Temperatures were rising on the sidewalk and for the mothers standing in line to sign the death warrants out on their babies. Our pleas for free help fell on deaf ears. Bro Jack preached the Gospel to the mothers and fathers going in to kill their offspring.

Wednesday- 42      KY², IN, MO, IL      5 pro-lifers                Hot, hot, hot…heat wave continues.  Mother’s trickled in throughout the hot morning to have their children killed. Our pleas of free help and of another choice that wouldn’t haunt them the rest of their lives, went unheeded.

Thursday- midnight abortions 45      MO, IL      4 saves    

Thursday morning The Summer Truth Tour took the proclaiming line in front of the abortionist’s lawyer’s office in Edwardsville , Illinois . Most cars honked in support of us.  

6 pro-lifers stood for the least of these begging for their mothers and fathers to “have mercy” and spare this little one. A gold Cadillac pulled onto the bloody parking lot. A couple got out and stood in line.  We offered to help them; they ignored us and went inside.

A few minutes later the man, Larry, walked back out minus two people. Isabella held up in her hand a little 9-week-old baby and asked him if he saved his baby? He then sat in his car with the door ajar and said, “No,” and hung his head down. A few minutes later his wife came out and Isabella walked over to her and held up a brochure and said to her, “It’s okay mommy.” And the woman accepted the brochure and we asked her if we could help. She then asked, “What can you do?” “I can tell you about a loving man whose arms are never too full and wants to hold you today. It's Jesus, and He loves you and He loves that baby and He has an awesome plan.” She smiled and began telling us she was 16 weeks pregnant. I said, “That's $995.00. You don't want to give them that money, spend it on your baby. There's nothing too big that you and the Lord can't handle.”  She decided to keep her baby and that daddy was so happy and proud when they drove off that parking lot!

Another Missouri car pulled onto the lot. We asked them if we could show them a picture of their baby or help them. The driver was very polite, but refused help.

A few minutes later the driver came back to the car. As she did, Angela told her, “Be a real friend and don’t help that young lady to kill her baby.” She replied, “You’re right.” She took the brochure and said, “I’m a Christian.” “Please, I’m begging you, don’t let that devil have that baby. You know that’s how the devil survives. He roams the streets looking for more innocent blood to survive in order to rob, to kill, and to destroy.”

Just then the young girl returned to the car. I asked her, “Can we help you?” She gave me a hard look and they sat in the car. I then grabbed Isabella’s tiny hand and said, “Let’s pray for them Bella.” We both stretched our hands over their car and began praying a fervent prayer to God, to spare this baby, to touch this mother’s heart. We needed a breakthrough, and told the devil, “You can’t have this baby devil! Bind up these evil spirits. That’s your child Lord, do whatever it takes to save this baby.” Just then the car began backing up and drove off the lot. Isabella and we were in agreement this baby was saved.  Throughout the hot afternoon they never re-appeared.

   A few cars drove by yelling and screaming at us. An ignorant woman pulled onto the parking lot and got out of her car and came up to us and asked us if we smoke. We looked at one another and replied, “Are you taking a survey?” She asked us again if we smoked. We looked at each other and again said, “We don’t, but Isabella smoke three packs a day and an occasional cigar or two. Why?” We laughed...Then she began cursing and screaming explicatives at us, “How dare you stand out here and tell mothers not to kill their children.” We asked her how many babies she has helped take care of or adopted? She cursed us and drove off.

Friday- 48      KY, MO, IL      1 save      6 pro-lifers             Blistering hot by 8:00 a.m. We paced ourselves and wore ice cold rags around our necks for some relief from the stifling heat as we walked up to each car and offered to reach the lost and the needy.

The two ladies that Isabella and Angela prayed for the night before were back. They walked out of the abortion mill, they got in their car and the driver told Mia they saved the baby and drove off. Another couple from Illinois came out and told us they saved their baby and left.

Saturday- 47      LA, MI, MN, MO, IL      4 saves, 2 turn-aways,      100 pro-lifers were a beautiful sight in the sticky summer heat. Community of Faith Church, all the way from Herrin , Illinois two and a half hours away, was praying and beginning to march around this deathcamp. Very early on babies were being saved. As cars drove by they slowed down to see the sight of so many Christians surrounding this American Family extermination center.

An angry abortion mill worker drove recklessly into the alley deliberately trying to hit someone with her car as the church marched in the alley. She composed herself enough to grab her big bottle of perfume and began spritzing herself within our view. We made the comment, “You can pour perfume on a pig, but it stills smells like a pig.” She began cursing and threatening us as she walked inside to kill babies.

Tiffany came inside the ultrasound van. We prayed for the generator to work so we could show her a picture of her baby. It worked! She and her boyfriend were able to see their 25 week old baby boy sucking his thumb in her womb. They were elated. Their family came with them. When told it was a boy, they jumped for joy and thanked us profusely.

Sidewalk counselor Ken brought a scared girl named Charlotte to our van. Once inside she was weeping and didn’t know what to do. The clinic took her money and didn’t show her the ultrasound. We pointed to the screen where Charlotte envisioned her 16 week old baby boy auditioning for his life on the screen. Her father and boyfriend waited nervously on the sidewalk. When told, they hugged each other and thanked us for being there. I told Charlotte I would mail her a confirmation letter in order for her to be approved for WIC.

Tyeshia, a Small Victories save, stopped by the abortion mill to hand deliver a letter of thanks to Angela after seeing a recent fundraising newsletter from a cash cow pregnancy center in Alton, Illinois that was using her story as a trophy to bring more revenue to their center. She was disgusted by their actions. We quickly calmed her down and introduced her to the saints on the sidewalk and a couple from Faith, Family, and Worship Church in Illinois arrived to deliver a bedroom set for her children. Pastor Todd prayed over Tyeshia and we hugged and thanked everyone for their help. 

Unfortunately, we noticed a lot of Christian symbols on the clients’ cars that were inside killing their babies.

When we returned home from the mill, we were blessed to hear the voice message of a Christian woman, Candace, who brought her relative for an abortion this past week. She was so grateful and sincere in her message that God gave her a wake up call through the saints on the sidewalk. It was encouraging. You never know how your witness outside these gates of hell can change hearts and minds and save lives.

230 babies killed. 9 babies saved. 1880 saves since January 2000 and 22 babies have been adopted through Small Victories!

            Who is most responsible for the killing of our unborn children? The one most responsible for the abortion holocaust is the one that is sure it is doing everything in its power to stop the slaughter- the Church of Jesus Christ ! It is absolutely imperative to proclaim this truth from the rooftops, whether or not God’s people listen.

            Ezekiel 35:6“…Since you did not hate bloodshed, bloodshed will pursue you.”; Ezekiel 36:18; Luke 11:50-51. There will be justice. In case you haven’t noticed, since we have allowed the killing of innocent children, crimes of indescribable violence have filled our work places, schools, and streets. Has anyone taken notice and added up the amount of ferocious weather and tornadic storms and now the heat-wave that has poured out on our nation? God is not mocked. Bloodshed is pursuing us, and there is no federal program or number of policemen that can stop it. It is a judgment from God. It is a spiritual principal that is as sure as the law of gravity. “…bloodshed follows bloodshed.” Hosea 4:2. God has more disaster than our federal government has relief.

            The blood of more than 45 million children is crying out to Almighty God for judgment. If we Christians in America think God will overlook the shedding of one drop of this innocent blood, we are on a collision course with Him.

            Who of us can say that we do not know where and when they are killing children in our city? The shedding of innocent blood was of such a magnitude in the Old Testament that if a person were found slain in a field and it was not known who killed him, a measurement had to be taken to find the town nearest the body. This was done so that the elders of that particular city would take a heifer and break its neck and then wash their hands over the heifer and say, “Our hands did not shed this blood, nor did our eyes see it done…” Deuteronomy 21:1-9. This sacrifice, even though they did not know who shed the innocent blood, was required to purge the city from the guilt of shedding innocent blood.

            We Christians in America are guilty of the shedding of innocent blood and we know it not!  The responsibility for the blood of these children rests squarely upon our shoulders. This truth, as you can imagine, would be difficult for any pastor to apply to his congregation. But, there are a few stalwart shepherds who are telling the truth from their pulpits.  

            America is guilty of the shedding of innocent blood because God’s Church in America is leaving a “ Lot ” Genesis 19 like witness which will turn no one from sin. We are suffering under the wrath of Almighty God by signs and judgments because of our failure to clear ourselves of innocent blood, Jeremiah 26:15.

            There were signs, judgments, and prophetic witness sent to the nation of Judah under four different kings after Manasseh to turn the nation back to God, but they went unheeded. Oh, the people continued their religious worship of God, but many other gods were now tolerated. They had the false sense that God’s delay in His final judgment meant God’s approval of their behavior.

            Four generations passed and then the final judgment of the nation. Is this the heritage and legacy we want to leave the generations that follow us? God is calling us to repent of the sin of shedding innocent blood today, not tomorrow. How much more blood have we shed in America compared to that of King Manasseh? All we have to do is show up and cry out before the Lord at these modern day altars of child-sacrifice. II Chronicles 7:14.     -Flip Benham
