Tuesday- midnight abortions 47      IN, IA, KY, MO, IL      3 pro-lifers    We rolled up to the crime scene after finishing the radio program. One man and his girlfriend parked their large SUV on the clinic lot, and as we approached them to offer free help, the man informed us, “I just got out of jail. I’m crazy. Don’t talk to me. You’ll be goin’ down to the Granite City police station.” We asked him, “Is that supposed to impress us?” He wore it like a badge of honor. “We’re trying to save your baby.” He’s a gangsta.

            We continued to plead for their innocent child’s life but our pleas fell on deaf ears. The mother went inside to undergo the grisly deed while dad waited outside as his precious baby was slaughtered.

            The Ku Klux Klan would be pleased to see so many babies of African-American descent going inside to be lynched by a white abortionist. Alan Palmer, the exterminator, arrived around 5:00 p.m. All he needed was a rope.

            We were so blessed to receive so many cursings this evening as we stood as light in a city full of darkness.

Wednesday- 6      MO, IL      1 pro-lifer          Mostly Missouri mothers finishing up the grisly deed from the night before.

            It’s official! Joe Scheidler is not a racketeer. After 21 years of bitter court battles and insurmountable financial costs, the courts have ruled that Joe Scheidler and the Pro-life Action League Chicago, Illinois are not racketeers as the NOW gals claimed 21 years ago in their lawsuit.

Thursday- 43      IN, MO, IL       Cars were piled up on the front lot. It was a full house. Mothers could not get in the abortion mill quick enough to kill their children. Once again it was disappropriately 60% / 40%. More black babies were being ripped apart this day.

            It’s so hard to stand and witness the brutal executions of these innocent babies only two days from when our nation will honor Mother’s Day. American women have a double standard when it comes to “choice”. Kill a baby before birth, its abortion. Kill that baby after birth: it’s MURDER.

Friday- 38      TN, MO, IL      3 saves      4 pro-lifers      Many distractions were thrown at us today but we kept our focus on the goal as we stood in the rain. Babies were being spared! “Rejoice!” we proclaimed as another precious baby was brought out of this abortion mill alive. The mother accepted the literature and thanked us.

            We spoke with another couple who was down on their luck and needed a job. “If that’s all it takes to save a baby, we’ll find you a job.” They accepted our literature, allowed us to pray with them, and left.

            A car from Tennessee pulled onto the lot. They rolled the window down and listened to us plead for their baby’s life. We knew they were over 14 weeks if they had to come all the way from Tennessee . They never went in during our watch, praise God! 

            The baby body parts courier rolled up to the deathcamp and retrieved a couple of boxes of dead babies and drove off.

Saturday- 48      IN³, MO, IL      5 saves      8 pro-lifers    1 priest, 2 seminarians, 4 escorts

            Teamwork intervention began early. Despite the collared troublemaker screaming and condemning these babies and their mothers inside to their doom, God honored the faithful few who were there to submit and serve. The fruit of our labors was pouring forth. 

            Phyllis and daughter Lisa from Illinois did not go through the abortion, praise the Lord! They came back out and took a 10 week old baby model from Rick and Savanah. Lisa told them she was keeping this baby, but would need a lot of help as she already has one child. A ½ hour later, her mom was already phoning us for help.

            Shamika, 6 weeks pregnant, her boyfriend, and mom came back out of the deathcamp and told Donna, Daniel, and Ken that she was keeping her baby. Donna led us in prayer for the girl. Her mom was excited! They took a Small Victories brochure and said they would call us.

            Trina and her friend from Illinois told Daniel that she did not get an abortion. She took our resource information and assured us that they would call us if they needed help. They were scared to tell her parents.

            A black American couple from Indiana walked out visibly upset but they didn’t get an abortion. They drove away and never came back during our watch.

            After being degraded and screamed at by the troublemakers, a man and his wife who had gotten the abortion, got into their car and were leaving when Rick gave the man literature and a Bible. The man shook Rick’s hand and told him, “God bless you! Things may of turned out differently had they not screamed her in there.” “A kind word turns away wrath.” Proverbs 15:1.  

            God blessed us with yet another save as a young girl with her mom and an older man from Missouri walked out of the abortion mill. Linda noticed the girl wiping tears from her eyes. Linda went over and talked to them. The man said, “Don’t worry. The baby is still inside the one with the sleeveless shirt (the young girl).” Linda offered them resource papers and free help. The mom thanked us. They continued to their car and drove away.

            Later that afternoon, another veteran soldier who stood with us in our early years on these frontlines of the battle went home to be with the Lord. He will be missed. Psalms 116:15 “Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of His saints.”

Approx. 182 babies killed. 8 babies saved. Approx. 19 pro-lifers cared enough to show up throughout the week’s massacre. 2270 saves since January 2000 and 23 babies have been adopted through Small Victories!

            Psalms 55:9-15 “Confuse the wicked, O Lord, confound their speech, for I see violence and strife in the city. Day and night they prowl about on its walls; malice and abuse are within it. Destructive forces are at work in the city; threats and lies never leave its streets.

            If an enemy were insulting me, I could endure it; if a foe were raising himself against me, I could hide from him. But it is you, a man like myself, my companion, my close friend, with whom I once enjoyed sweet fellowship as we walked with the throng at the house of God. Let death take my enemies by surprise; let them go down alive to the grave, for evil finds lodging among them.”

            As we celebrate Mother’s Day this month, many mothers’ arms will be empty due to abortion.

            Many mothers have killed due to a lack of information or full disclosure of the risks and consequences of killing their unborn child. Many women are forced inside. That is why it is so disheartening to see sidewalk counselors working in vain to softly and quietly speak one on one with the pregnant girls, only to see our last ditch efforts thwarted by a few religious bullies screaming “Repent!” over the sidewalk counselor’s shoulder outside this deathcamp. How God’s heart must grieve that so much innocent blood is being shed by those who claim Christ.

            Not only do these women become hardened but they and their companions are turned away from anything having to do with Jesus. Once inside this deathcamp, women are told to choose whatever they like, to forget, and to move on. But, if these same women were given proof of life, the outcome for that other life inside her womb would of changed dramatically.

            A frightening consequence of abortion is that a large number of abortions are repeats. Surgical abortion has become their birth control method. Many of these women are sitting in the church pews. Walking wounded. Many of these mothers have expressed their experiences of being accosted by the few self-righteous hypocrites outside this deathcamp. A soft word turns away wrath.

            It is so gratifying to get the mothers to come inside the ultrasound van to speak to them in love and give them shelter from the hurls of insults. Many babies, despite the devil’s helpers, have been rescued. Many mothers have shared their regrets of even thinking of killing their children and were so blessed that God placed someone across their path to make the leaning unnecessary.

“Babies ripped from our hearts

Opened arms that can never be filled

One’s right to life denied

This action’s injustice rings clear

Is your reputation and name worth the price we paid

Only if you had given us the choice and support

Never can you replace the loss we now face”

            Isaiah 41:13 “For I am the Lord your God who takes hold of your right hand and says to you, ‘Do not fear, I will help you.’”
