pro-lifers In the
summer heat we stood in the gap offering mothers another option other than
abortion. Pregnant girls were slowly trickling inside. One Black American
girl took us up on our offer to help her so she wouldn’t have to live
with the memory of killing her own child.
Too bad the mother and daughter from
Springfield
,
Missouri
, a four hour drive, refused to listen and angrily marched inside to kill
as the daughter cried her eyes out at the sight of our graphic signs. “That’s
what your baby will look like if you go through with the abortion.”
Abortion is ugly. But maybe somewhere inside this girl’s conscience
something would be pricked before it was too late.
The stinky Stericycle
baby body parts truck pulled alongside the alley. Flies were swarming all
around it. He was here to pick up this past week’s inventory for market
to the highest bidder.
Later that evening, we were able to help Melissa with baby
supplies. Isabella accompanied her daddy with much glee in helping gather
supplies for her baby girl due next month.

was a beautiful day to serve the Lord as we set up our outreach to
abortion-bound moms. Yeah, it was muggy and hot, but that’s summertime.
Brianna and Edgar
walked back out into our arms a little bewildered. Brianna was pregnant
with twins. She already has an
18 month old and now two more coming. She didn’t know how she was going
to do it, let alone tell her mother. “We
will help you. Whatever it takes.” We explained our ministry outside
these gates for over 15 years now. “We
have even taken pregnant girls in our own home until we can find suitable
housing. We also recently adopted a baby from a mother going inside to
abort. We can help you.” Edgar spoke up. He really didn’t want the
abortion, “Can you help me find
a job?” Brianna explained it would help soften the blow with her
mother if she saw Edgar holding down a job and taking responsibility in
this relationship. “Absolutely!”
we said. We exchanged information and they hugged us, accepted our
literature, and walked to their car a little taller. Thank you God!

on-site ultrasound It’s
always a good day when precious lives are saved right before your eyes. A
Black American family from
Cahokia
came out into our arms and accepted our literature. She was 10
weeks pregnant and was going to need some help. Her mom wasn’t too
happy, but thanked us and drove off the lot. BAM!
An oriental looking family came back out and the mother of the
pregnant girl said, “Yes, we
saved the baby. We didn’t know she was that far along.” Kelly was 20
weeks and looking upset. “It’s
going to be okay. There are all kinds of options we can help you with.”
She accepted our literature and I told her we also adopt babies and
briefly shared our daughter’s testimony. “Really?”
the mother asked. “Yes and we
can do the same for Kelly if she chooses adoption.” “Thank you,”
and all three drove off the lot.
Stephanie came for an
ultrasound. Once inside the van, we were able to also help her with baby
supplies for her other child. Her grandmother that brought her was very
apologetic and grateful for us being there and helping them. Thank you
Jesus!

came a little later than usual; the damage had been done. The guard came
running out and asked Daniel, “Where
have you been? The religious kooks ran them in today. You just missed
them,” he added. “We had
to make a stop, sorry.” We were glad to miss the holy hypocrites and
their video cameras.
Katie and her boyfriend
from
Illinois
came back out and told us they were keeping the baby. It was sad to see so
many Black Americans killing their babies and then to tell us they were
repeat “customers” flies
in God’s face.
More Black History became just that this day. Dr. Martin Luther
King Jr. would be turning in his grave if he could see what has become of
the black family and race. God have mercy!

Under overcast skies and sweltering humidity we set up our
ultrasound resource van. Too bad the floodwaters receded as the religious
bullies were back intimidating and screaming the mothers inside.
Only one deathscort showed up to lead these babies inside to be
killed, but with these rebellious cowards who needs deathscorts? These
stiff-necked morons are there to destroy, not to save. They don’t
respect the ministry that has been on the sidewalks for over 15 years
daily. They don’t respect
anyone. These men do not know how to talk to frightened, pregnant women so
they scream at them in anger and lace it with some scripture. They take no
correction. If the leadership tries to correct them, they devise wicked
schemes at their prayer meetings.
Linda wrote, “They opened
up the prayer meeting stating, ‘We have devised a way to get rid of her
and to take her ministry from her.’” They slander, stalk us with
video cameras, and provoke and stage incidents to shame our ministry on
the internet. God warned us Satan will come dressed as the angel of light.
But truth and justice will prevail. Though they are a stumbling block, we
were able to keep focused and get to the mothers before they walked
inside.
God is so good! We spoke and comforted Sara
before she walked up to the killing machine. Even with the screamers she
stopped, took the literature, and gave us a hug. Two minutes after she
went in, she bolted out with a male companion and drove off with tears in
her eyes. Thank you Jesus!
A woman who brought someone came out, confronted the screamers, and
took their pictures. We distinguished our ministry from this spectacle.
She listened to our mission and accepted our literature. She firmly told
the bullies off and told them, “The
waiting room is discussing how many women you chased inside this
morning.” She took our hand and thanked us for being there to really
help women.
We watched yet another car with two Black American women pull
behind the building. Praise God they allowed me to talk with them before
the deathscort or the religious bullies came shoving King James bibles in
their faces. Cheryl and her
friend came for an abortion. She was 9
weeks pregnant. I noticed the driver looked very pregnant; she was due
next month. I discussed our resources and shared baby Hannah’s testimony
as she was gazing at her picture. I then looked over and saw the passenger
had tears in her eyes when I said, “God
loves you and He loves your baby. He asks you to choose blessings this day
and not curses. Please honey, don’t go in there and do something
you’ll regret. You can’t get that baby back.”
You could hear the fake collared man screaming. I assured her, “Those
screamers are not a part of our ministry. We are here to love on you and
help you with your pregnancy.” She hesitated on the ultrasound. When
words failed I asked if we could pray for her. She accepted. “Father
God, this woman needs a touch from You Lord. Let her know You are in
control and will put the right people across her path to help her with
whatever it is that makes her think she must take her innocent child’s
life. Bind up these murderous spirits Lord. They are of the devil. He
comes to rob, to kill, and to destroy. Let her know You love her and her
baby and You have plans for her to prosper. Give her peace Lord and
direction as she travels back home. In Jesus’ Name we pray, Amen.”
She thanked me and I told her I would be on the front sidewalk.
I left two prayer warriors guarding her as she sat in the car thinking on
all we shared. We prayed the bullies would not scare them inside. Daniel
went in back and got their information and God told me they needed a few
dollars for gas to get back home and I asked Daniel to provide. They
admitted they were on empty. He gave me the money and I placed it in her
hand. She thanked us as we continued to bow our heads and pray them off
this lot and back home. A few minutes later, they started up the car and
waved as they drove back home. Praise God! We gave God the glory and
returned to the front sidewalk where some of the troublemakers were
loading up and leaving. Alleluia!
Just then, “Tanjeay”
came back out with her mother and I offered her some literature. She
smiled and told us she didn’t kill. “Would
you like to see your baby?” She looked at her mother. About then, an
arm flew in front of my face. It was the King James bully. He stands
almost 7 feet tall. He shoved a bible in her face. Tanjeay took a step
back. “I better get going,”
she said and thanked us anyways. “Please
Tanjeay, call me if there is anything you need. I apologize if he
frightened you.” “Thank you,” and they pulled into the alley.
An older woman protestor yelled into the driver’s window, “Shame
on you!” and proceeded to walk around the car and down the sidewalk.
I was close enough that I walked up to the driver, Tanjeay’s mother, and
I profusely apologized for the inappropriate comment. “Not
all the people standing out here are with our ministry or realize what is
going on.” Tanjeay’s mom said, “Who
was she talking to? We saved our baby.” I smiled and she thanked me
and pulled onto the street driving towards the interstate. “Forgive
them Lord, for these protestors know not what damage they do…”
The sweat was pouring down our backs. A brother and sister in
Christ walked over and contributed to the gas donation we gave to one of
today’s saves. We are so blessed. Fr. Gene broke off from the rosary
group and held out his weekly dues and yet another donation request letter
from a pro-life organization. “They
must think you are loaded.” He laughed and rejoined the group.
Thank
you Jesus for those who help us in our ministry to rescue those being led
to their slaughter. They are the jewels in our crown.
Approx.
175 babies killed. 11 babies saved. Approx. 17 pro-lifers cared enough to
show up throughout the weeks’ massacre. 2819 saves since January 2000
and 26 babies have been adopted through Small Victories!
“If
I speak in the tongues of mortals and of angels, but do not have love, I
am a noisy gong or a clanging cymbal. And if I have prophetic powers, and
understand all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have all faith, so as
to remove mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing. If I give away
all my possessions, and if I hand over my body so that I may boast, but do
not have love, I gain nothing.” 1 Corinthians 13:1-3.
