Death Toll July 21-26, 2008

Reporting from the “Baby-dumping capital of the Midwest” Granite City , IL .

Once known for their towering steel mills, now known for the baby-dumping mill.

Hope Clinic- American Family Extermination Camp “destroying families one child at a time”

Severing over 400,000 mother–child relationships in their 34 year reign of terror

Monday- Bag n’ Tag approx 75 babies from the past week’s carnage were bagged and tagged for medical research labs, pharmaceutical and cosmetic firms.

Tuesday- midnight abortions approx 36      KY, MA, MO, IL      1 save      2 pro-lifers     It was sweltering under overcast skies as we rolled up to the crime scene. Only a few cars were on the parking lot. Soon, the masses of mothers began lining up as we begged mercy for their innocent babies. So many young girls, and many of their faces had a look of desperation on them as they signed the warrant out. If only they knew what horrors waited for them behind those purple doors…

We tried. Our activity was sluggish as the hot day wore on. These moms can never say they were not warned when they stand before God.

A couple from Missouri changed their mind and did not get an abortion. Many from Missouri came to get abortions due to the restrictions across the river in their termination facilities. In Illinois it is open season on unborn babies.

The Stericycle “recycling dead babies truck” backed up to the purple doors. We noticed the stench was not so bad and the flies were not swarming as usual. They must of read the past streets reports and fumigated the truck. He was put on notice and very closed mouth this day. He brought out a “placebo” bio-hazard box to fool us. I noticed how lightweight it was. He tossed it inside and yelled over, “See? There are no dead babies,” smiled, and went back inside.

Daniel was ready to put the camera down. I told him, “Wait a few minutes,” and sure enough, the driver walked out struggling to hold onto another biohazard box obviously heavier than the first, full of dead babies’ body parts. He only slightly opened the truck’s back door to push them inside as to prevent us from snapping a picture or viewing too much. He disgustedly got inside and drove off the lot.

Back on the front sidewalk we watched more bling roll onto the bloodied parking lot. An “off-the-chain” pimpin’ Chicago Bears F-150 with 22 inch rims pickup truck slowly rolled up and two Black American women got out as the driver grinned at us. “You can afford that truck but not the baby?” He said, “I’m just a friend helping her out.” “Be a hero and talk her out of it.” He parked, came over to us, and told us he tried talking her out of the abortion but she was messed up and had a bunch of problems. We told him, “Her problems have just begun.” He accepted our literature and thanked us for talking to him. He went back and sat in his truck. We held hands and thanked God for this day and all He was going to do.

Wednesday- approx 9      MO, IL      1 save      2 pro-lifers    This was supposed to be the busy Wednesday but turned out to be light

A young girl from Missouri came back out after not getting her abortion. She accepted our brochure and left. It was a slow day for business at Hope Clinic. Praise the Lord!

Thursday- approx 33       TN2, KY, TX, MS, MO, IL      2 saves   onsite ultrasounds      3 pro-lifers

We spent the morning packing up the baby supplies we had promised a save from last week. As we arrived to set up our outreach, Cheryl and her mother pulled up and another car from Missouri was looking for parking on the hospital lot. We hugged Cheryl, a save from last weekend who is due next month with a baby boy, and she introduced us to her mom. Her mom was crying as we placed the baby furniture and diapers in their car. “I want to thank you and your husband from the bottom of my heart. My daughter told me how you and others talked with her last week and you prayed for her. I think your ministry is a blessing out here.” “The honor is all mine. I thank God that He makes it possible to be able to help pregnant women in need.” As they drove off the lot our attention was diverted to the three women getting out of their car from Missouri who had watched us load up Cheryl’s vehicle with baby items.

Angela walked over to them on the hospital lot. They wanted to avoid those screaming on the front sidewalk. After Angela spoke with them for a few minutes, she signaled for Daniel to set up the ultrasound van. We offered to show them an ultrasound pix of their baby and free resources. The young girl commented, “Well, we have an appointment inside and they have a package deal.” “Well, the Lord has a better one for you: Our services are free. Hope Clinic charges for everything inside. We are not here to yell, scream, and judge you. We’re here to help you.”

As they walked to the van, they shared how during their hour drive, they had made a pact if the baby was 8 weeks or under they would kill it; if it were older they would keep it and help her raise it. Angela prayed, “Dear Lord, let this baby be 14 weeks or older. Touch ’em God!”

Inside, we opened windows to ventilate. Naomi, 16 years old, lay back with her two “moms” intently watching the ultrasound screen. As soon as Angela put the probe on her tummy, the baby’s big head appeared on the screen. I thought to myself, “Thank you Jesus! This baby is over the predestined death warrant age.” Naomi’s moms started to laugh and cry, “There’s his head!” Once Naomi saw her baby she smiled and said, “He is so beautiful.” After measuring, it was guesstimated to be approx 16 weeks. We listened to the heartbeats. They were fast. “Wow!” Naomi exclaimed. “They sound strong. That’s good.” It appeared to be a baby girl, but the doctor would confirm everything.

Naomi said, “You just saved us $95.00 for an ultrasound and over $700.00 dollars for the abortion!” They shared with us that she had a lot of support. This was also the 3 year anniversary of Naomi’s mother’s death.

One of her adoptive moms shared with us a little about herself. They were Christians. She’s had 3 abortions. With her last abortion her baby was 4 months and she could feel her baby moving. She didn’t want to tell Naomi about this or that when the abortionist goes inside of the mother with the suction tube, the baby would jump back because it has already developed a sense of fear. She didn’t want Naomi to see the graphic signs because she knew that Naomi would feel guilty for killing her baby if she knew all of this.

Angela shared a little of her testimony and they were in awe of this ministry and how we keep going. Naomi opened up her Miss Kitty clutch purse and begged Angela to take her $100.00 for helping her so much. We hugged her and told her we already received our blessing by being able to help them.

As we walked them to their car we handed them a small gift bag with a few baby items. We exchanged contact info and follow up information. We got to their car and the older woman turned to Angela with tears in her eyes, “I can’t thank you enough. You don’t know how important you being here was to us today. You just saved many lives.” She hugged Angela and got into the car. Naomi reached up and hugged Angela, “Thank you for saving my baby.” Angela responded, “No, not me, the Lord. He just uses me.” The passenger signaled her appreciation as she pressed two fingers to her lips and they drove off.

As we returned to the alley our attention was on the woman walking back out. Marsha was 7 weeks pregnant. She and her boyfriend decided to keep the baby and thanked us as they got into their car and drove away. Praise God!

Psalm 27:14 What a workout! “Wait for the Lord; Be strong and let your heart take courage. Wait for the Lord.”

Friday- approx 35      TN3, KY, IN, MO, IL      3 pro-lifers         In a light summer rain we stood for the least of these. It was humid and quite the test to hold an umbrella and literature and talk to the mothers going inside to kill.

It really does take a village to kill as we watched a family walk their star volleyball daughter inside to kill their grandbaby. Our eyes followed the Indiana mother and two teenage girls park the vehicle half a football field’s length away and proceed to walk inside this deathcamp to kill. We softly pleaded with them offering another option. They silently marched inside.

A young Black American and older woman came back out. We covered them with our umbrella as the rain picked up and walked them to their car. The girl’s tummy was protruding. “We also adopt babies.” I shared briefly our baby’s testimony. They listened and accepted our literature. The girl then said she only had an appointment here. I told her to please think about it and offered to show her a picture of her baby. She declined and sat in their vehicle. A few minutes later, they got out and walked back inside, refusing our help.

Saturday- approx 34      GA, TN, IN, OH, MO, IL      2 saves     5 pro-lifers, rosary group, 1 priest

It was sweltering in the early morning sun as we set up our resource van. It felt like a sauna standing on these frontlines of the battlefield. Even the deathscorts were struggling to keep cool under the shade tree in front of the deathcamp door.

At least twelve of the cars in front were returning from the day before to finish their late-term abortions. Praise God, the Black American couple from Georgia came back out. They didn’t go through with killing their baby and left this abortion mill.

Notably, we watched a gaggle of new employees walking inside or coming out for smoke breaks. A mother stopped to speak with us and tell us about the hypocrisy in society on the value of life. Her drug addict daughter was recently charged with murder. Her daughter delivered an 8 month old stillborn. Her uterus ruptured due to her addiction. She sits in jail awaiting trial. “Now, if my daughter would of walked inside this abortion mill there would not be a problem.” Society treats drug addict moms and abortion-bound moms differently. It’s a double standard. We prayed for her and the situation and she accepted a Jesus saves Bible from Rick and drove off the hospital lot.

The heat and humidity were taking their toll. We packed it in and headed out for the long drive home. Thank you for this day Lord and this fruitful week of witnessing, hopefully touching lives, changing hearts, and saving babies. Matthew 4:19-20 “And He said to them, ‘Follow me, and I will make you fishers for people.’ Immediately they left their nets and followed Him.” God works through His children to help, heal, and change a needful world.

Approx. 147 babies killed. 6 babies saved. Approx. 15 pro-lifers cared enough to show up throughout the weeks’ massacre. 2829 saves since January 2000 and 26 babies have been adopted through Small Victories!

Philippians 2:13 “…For it is God who is at work in you, enabling you both to will and to work for His good pleasure.”
