“Rescuing
babies, saving lives, one heart at a time”
Reporting from the war zone, the killing fields of Granite City,
Illinois
Once known for their towering steel mills, now known for the
late-term baby dumping mill.
Casualty Count: Over 400,000
mother-child relationships in their 38 year reign of terror
Monday- Bag n’ Tag approx 70 babies
were bagged and tagged for medical research, pharmaceutical labs, and
cosmetic firms from the past week’s carnage.
1 save We were still feeling the aftershocks
of our Super Bowl commercials on television. The best response came in
at 4:00 a.m. this morning. Read: “SUPER BOWL AD SAVES BABY..the
best comment came at 4 a.m.”
Tuesday- midnight abortions approx 25
killed CT, KS, MO, IL 3 saves on-site
ultrasound.
The sun was shining but it was bitterly cold as
Stan and Judy joined our ranks. The seminarians soon accompanied us.
While attempting to quickly set up with one arm, God soon began blessing
our prayers and efforts. I opened the door looking for help, and there
Daniel and Stan stood with a young lady who had tears running down her
face. Daniel explained that this young girl needed my help. He quickly
brought her inside the Ultrasound Van. As I calmed her down and
proceeded to get information from her, Daniel finished setting up the
equipment. Giving us privacy, he went outside to join Stan and Judy.
Shondra tearfully told me her plight. She
was there to kill her baby. Unfortunately, she wasn’t sure if it was
her husband’s. “I made a foolish, foolish mistake. And I
don’t know if I can handle this.” I squeezed her hand and
said, “That’s not true. With God you can handle anything.
Babies are not mistakes.” I asked her if she had any other
children. “Two,” she replied. “Thirteen and six.”
“Perfect,” I answered. “They can help with this
one.” “But I don’t know if I can handle this.” Again I
told her, “We can not do anything on our own power, but when we
take it to the throne, God says to hang on; He will carry us.”
I quickly scanned. There, nestled in her womb, lay an approximate 7
week old baby. We could make out the orbits of his eyes, his little
framework, and tiny, tiny fingers as he floated in an ocean of amniotic
fluid.
I pleaded this baby’s case, begging mercy for its
precious life. For over an hour I fought. After going over everything
and listening, I gave her the hard truth, telling her what they would do
to her baby inside there. I asked her, “Are you still going to
go inside there and execute that baby?” She sat up, and I
promised to walk with her through this stressful and emotional time if I
could buy some time for this baby. She needed to relieve herself.
I went outside and asked the prayer warriors to
pray for this situation; it did not look good. Shondra then came out. I
looked her in the eyes and asked her, “What are you going to
do?” She took the literature out of my hand and replied, “I’m
going to sit in my truck and think.” I put my arms around her,
giving her the tightest hug, and whispered in her ear, “God
loves you and so do I, but He especially loves that baby and has a plan
for its life.” I told her that she is a strong woman and God
wouldn’t give her anything that she couldn’t handle. Shondra thanked
me and slowly walked to her truck. Stan, Judy, Daniel, and I gathered
and bowed our heads to pray. She started to back up, but pulled back in.
Our hearts sank. Shondra sat there for a few minutes as we continued to
pray.
Suddenly, she turned the engine on, slowly backing
out, and told Daniel to meet her in the alley where she rolled the
window down and confirmed, “I’m going home. Tell Miss Angela
thank you. I’ll be in touch.” She accepted the gas money we
gave her and thanked Daniel before pulling out of the alley. We began
praising and thanking Jesus, praying that He would give her peace and
clear wisdom.
We no sooner were
re-grouping when two girls from Kansas came back out. They pulled onto
the street where Judy met them. Rolling the window down, they, too,
confirmed that they were keeping their baby. She was advanced in her
pregnancy; we could see her large baby bump. They thanked us and left.
After praying some more, a Missouri couple came
out. The man and woman also confirmed that they were not going through
with their abortion, but were keeping their child. They thanked us for
being there.
After our third save, Judy and Stan accompanied me
to help deliver baby supplies to a young mother and her baby. She
brought the baby to me and I was able to hold this little cherub-faced
save. He actually smiled at me when I told him how precious he was. We
are so blessed to be able to see the fruits of our labors and to help
this mother and baby thrive in this apathetic society. Thank you Lord!
Wednesday- CLOSED Another
baby saved! 1 save We received word and a wonderful
testimony from a young lady in Texas, who saw our video and saved her
unborn baby. PTL! Read “Another Baby Saved, Small Victories Knows
No Boundaries”
Thursday- CLOSED
Friday- approx 16 killed KS,
IN, MO, IL Cold, and dreary rain. It’s no fun standing in
the cold, let alone cold rain, but someone has to do it. Black
History month was off to a deplorable start in Granite City, as many
more black Americans were marching inside this extermination center and
making their predestined babies…HISTORY! With every surgical
abortion, the black race is inching closer to extinction. Just exactly
what the socialist agenda and Margaret Sanger founder of Planned
Parenthood wanted for the black race. To be extinct.
Saturday- approx 27 killed IN,
MO, IL. 3 saves Bitterly, cold as an arctic front came through
with an inch of snow on the ground in some places, BRRR. As we slowly
set up outreach. BAM! All the sudden cars began pouring onto the frozen
parking lot. We softly pleaded for the precious humanity growing in
their wombs, arrggh! A gust of cold wind pierced our exposed faces. All
for the cause. When the front spots filled up they came in from all
sides. A Laclede cab from St. Louis pulled onto the lot; shamelessly a
“Our Lady of Guadalupe” sign adorned the top of the cab. You
hypocrite! You bring a passenger to kill her unborn baby with the “patroness
of the unborn” sign on top of your vehicle. Shame on
Laclede cab! Boycott them. Hit em’ in their pockets. Here is the
number to call 1-314-652-3456.
More arrogance celebrating black history month as a
three pack of big mouth girls walked up to the slaughterhouse, the
pregnant one was in the middle the loud mouth was on the end pulling her
friend in to kill her baby. Loud mouth did all the talking as we offer
other options. “Oh hell no, we will do want we want”,
loud mouth yelled at our offers.” Do you mothers know you are
here?” “We can do what we want!” she
screamed. More rebellion. “Anyways, it ain’t even formed”
she yelled. (Referring to the unborn baby). “Oh really?”
We asked her, “Aren’t you glad your mother didn’t feel that
way about you? “ They eventually went inside. After they
dumped their pregnant friend off, the other two went off to get some
breakfast. Shame. More black history being destroyed through abortion.
Throughout the frigid morning we confirmed three
babies saved, including Amber, 7 weeks pregnant from Missouri. They
accepted our literature and quickly got into their car. The bitterly
cold weather works against us. Most girls just run to get inside the
slaughterhouse, out of the conditions, and if they change their mind on
the abortion, they are running to their cars to get away. A young couple
from Missouri pulled on to the lot with their bumper a blaze with Ron
Paul stickers. He may be prolife, but these supporters are not. Shame.
Approx
68 babies killed, 8 babies saved, 4,147
saves since January 2000
and 42 babies have been adopted through Small Victories
Wow! What an intense and exciting and encouraging
week. So many conversations and controversy. Many hearts touched and
conscious’s pricked, and lives saved.
Someone who hates you normally hates you for one
of three reasons: They either see
you as a threat. They hate
themselves. Or they want to be you.
“Those who love
me, I will deliver: I will protect those who know my name.
When they call to me, I will answer them: I will be
with them in trouble; I will rescue them and honor them.
Psalms 91:14-15
Be encouraged ~Angela
